Introductory Rock Climbing

At this stage, whether it’s your first outing or a return to rock, we’ll endeavour to make you comfortable in this exhilerating vertical environment. We will build confidence in your abilities, achieving rock climbs with the upmost safety and an element of fun amongst familiar Lakeland fells.

Typically we’d:

• Focus on fun & shared experience outdoors
• Spend lots of time rock climbing with a rope from above
• Cover principles of safety
• Introduce you to climbing technique
• Abseil……zipping down a cliff face!
